Between 15 and 18 May 2017, LTC Tom STOLTENBERG from Allied Command Transformation – Staff Element Europe (ACT - SEE), Mons, Belgium, delivered the 9th Seminar on “NATO Defense Planning Process” to the „Postgraduate Defense Resources Management Course for Senior Officials” - ACT 678.1 members of DRESMARA teaching staff and participants from Azerbaidjan, Montenegro, Pakistan, Tunis and Romania, run by DRESMARA.

   The guest speaker presented an actual analysis about Defense Planning System in NATO and challenges of international security environment and gave the learners the possibility to apply the knowledge taught in a planning exercise.
